I have lost some inches, gained a ton of energy and confidence! So many epeople have told me I look like I've lost a lot of weight, even thought he scale hasn't changed much. I'm ok with that! This is just the beginning. I am committed to this program!
I hit my GOAL for this challenge and successfully dropped my blood sugar levels (no longer pre-diabetic) and dropped my cholesterol by 21 points - now in the healthy/normal range. Still have work to do, but its going in the right direction.
I'm amazed at what can happen in just 30 days! 12 leg lifts and a 45 sec plank was a struggle with a sore lower back the next day. But no I'm not tired until I get to 40 leg lifts and I was able to hold my plank for over 3 min - with NO Lower back pain the next day!! THANK YOU for putting this out there. The daily little level ups made all the difference! Ready to keep going!
